The internet can be a fantastic place that supports young people to be creative, to explore, and to socialise with their friends and family. But we also know that young people can experience a wide range of negative online experiences. All young people have rights to be safe, to enjoy the freedom to join with groups and clubs, and to privacy. Safer Internet Day is an excellent opportunity to reflect on the ways we can all support children to experience their rights online.
