Online Safety Live – March Events
With Safer Internet Day being celebrated last month, it has no doubt brought online safety awareness to the whole of the UK.
As part of UK Safer Internet Centre, our partners at SWGfL run free Online Safety Events throughout the year called Online Safety Lives that are free and available to any professional who works with children and young people. The sessions are there to provide insight and awareness around the latest trends and guidance for keeping children and young people safe online.
These sessions can support teachers, police officers, foster carers, social care workers as well as those professionals in a safeguarding role.
What is included?
These events run for an hour and half and aim to cover essential areas of online safety in a manner that is accessible and easy to understand. The sessions are available for different parts of the UK. The remote sessions usually run for a morning and afternoon slot. Take a look below and see what new events are available for March:
