During the COVID19 pandemic, children and young people have increased their time online and it is therefore more important than ever that we have an internet we trust.

This past year has seen our NCA CEOP education programme, Thinkuknow, respond to the pandemic by producing a number of free resources for professionals, parents and carers, and essential communications to our network, to help make the online world safer.

On this year’s Safer Internet Day I would encourage all professionals working for and with children and young people to get involved in promoting and engaging with the day, by taking full advantage of the resources, films and quiz UK Safer Internet Centre have put together. Together we can create a better internet.
