Stakeholders in Wales and Scotland are invited to join the UK Safer Internet Centre for two pivotal stakeholder events, as part of the preparation for Safer Internet Day  2025.

These events are designed to bring educators, policymakers, and supporters together to champion the safe, respectful, and responsible use of digital technology by young people. Safer Internet Day 2025, taking place on Tuesday, 11th February, will focus on the theme, “Too good to be true? Keeping yourself and others safe from scams online.”

With insights from our online safety experts and an exciting look at the campaign’s theme, these stakeholder events provide schools and organisations with the tools to actively participate in this impactful day.

Wales Stakeholder Event – 14th November at 3:15 PM

Educators, school administrators, and anyone involved in children’s settings across Wales are warmly invited to the Wales Stakeholder Event. Join the UK Safer Internet Centre on 14th November at 3:15 PM to get an exclusive overview of the Safer Internet Day 2025 campaign, including this year’s critical theme of keeping safe from online scams. On 19th November, the UK Safer Internet Centre, in collaboration with the Scottish Government, Ofcom, Barclays, and the Cyber & Fraud Centre Scotland, will host the Scotland Stakeholder Event. This exclusive planning session will provide an in-depth look at how Scotland can participate in Safer Internet Day 2025 and drive awareness of online scams. Learn from presentations that will empower your organization or school to educate young people on safe internet practices with support from leading online safety advocates.
