IWF Annual Report launch video
In 2022, the IWF took action to remove a record-breaking 255,588 websites containing child sexual abuse material. 51,369 of the sites contained the most severe Category A material.
IWF presented the results in an event hosted by the Chair Andrew Puddephatt and presented by the Communications Director Emma Hardy on Tuesday 25 April, at TikTok’s headquarters in London.
A panel of experts from law enforcement, Ofcom and the tech industry further discussed the findings and trends.
