For Safer Internet Day 2023, we want to hear from you. If you’re aged 7 or over tell us about your online experiences: what’s great, what’s not and what you think should change.

This form needs to be completed with a responsible adult i.e parent, carer, teacher, youth leader. Make sure you’ve taken a look at the video tips to help you create your film. And make sure your film meets the submission rules.

Adult approval

You need to get the support of a responsible adult to submit your video to us. You could ask a parent/guardian/teacher/youth leader to approve your submission.

Any video submitted without adult support cannot be published. When you hit the submit button, this adult will receive an email asking them to approve your submission.
