Contribute to our national youth charter being delivered to government and the internet industry!

This Safer Internet Day we are creating a national youth charter setting out children and young people’s agenda and the changes they want to see in how they’re supported online. This charter will be delivered to government and the internet industry.

We are asking schools, youth groups and more to create their own youth charters using the following template and to submit their key asks using the form below.

For more details on delivering this activity in your setting, download the youth charter activity here. You can also find the relevant education materials for the age you work with here.

How we will use your submissions

The UK Safer Internet Centre will use submissions to compile a national youth charter to be shared publicly with government, the internet industry and more.

We may also choose to include some answers in our resources, social media campaigns and national events.

Answers, comments and stories shared here will always remain anonymous with no names or specific schools mentioned.

School or organisation names may be used alongside the completed charter to identify contributors (with no attribution for specific quotes) and express thanks to the young people who participated.
