The UK Safer Internet Centre is delighted to celebrate recognition of the Revenge Porn Helpline (RPH), which has been awarded Helpline of the Year at the 2025 Helpline Partnership Awards. This achievement highlights the dedication, compassion and technical expertise that the RPH team brings to supporting adults affected by intimate image abuse across the UK.

As a service operated by the UK Safer Internet Centre, the Revenge Porn Helpline plays a vital role in our mission to create a safer digital world. This award is not only a testament to the team’s exceptional work, but also a reflection of the growing global understanding that intimate image abuse is a continuously evolving harm and one that demands specialised support.

A Milestone for Victim Support

The “Helpline of the Year” award recognises services that consistently go above and beyond for those in need. Over the past year, the team has supported thousands of individuals facing some of the most distressing forms of online abuse, guiding them through the correct procedures of protection.

With strong relationships across the technology sector and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, the Helpline has achieved industry-leading removal rates of non-consensual intimate content, exceeding 90% across online platforms.

Innovation Driving Real-World Impact

The Helpline’s commitment towards continuous improvement ensures that it stays ahead of evolving forms of abuse, including sexual synthetic content and increasingly complex patterns of coercion. By refining processes, expanding expertise, and strengthening partnerships, the team ensures that support remains effective, relevant and responsive to the changing digital environment.

Collective Dedication

This award is a powerful acknowledgment of the staff, volunteers and partners who work tirelessly to support those affected by intimate image abuse. Their empathy, professionalism and resilience underpin every interaction and every case resolved.
As part of the UK Safer Internet Centre, we are immensely proud of the team’s achievements and remain committed to furthering their impact. Together, we will continue advancing protections, raising awareness, and ensuring that every person who reaches out for help receives the expert, compassionate support they deserve.
